Delaware Compliant Firearms
Yes, you can own an AR-15 in Delaware — as long as it is configured to comply with the state’s evolving firearm laws. Dark Storm Industries offers several Delaware legal and DE compliant firearm options, including Non-NFA Firearms (commonly referred to as “Others”), Fixed Magazine Rifles and Pistols, and Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols.
Our Non-NFA Firearms, also known as “Others,” feature no stock, a 12.5" barrel, vertical forward grip, and an overall length over 26 inches. This configuration avoids classification as a rifle, pistol, or AOW under both Delaware and federal law, making it fully legal while offering tactical utility.
We also offer Fixed Magazine Rifles and Pistols, which include a permanently affixed 10-round magazine and are configured to avoid restricted features outlined in Delaware’s assault weapon ban. These DE compliant firearms offer a legal solution without compromising performance or reliability.
Our Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols are Delaware legal and exempt from the state’s assault weapon definition due to their non-semi-automatic action. Built on our billet receiver platform and chambered in 5.56, they are legal with detachable magazines and serve as a practical solution for those in restricted jurisdictions.
