Dark Storm Industries manufactures Fixed Magazine Rifles and Bolt Action Rifles specifically configured to comply with Massachusetts law, including recent changes under Bill H.4135.

Our Fixed Magazine Rifles feature a permanently affixed 10-round magazine, making them exempt from the state’s definition of an assault weapon. They retain standard features and are built to deliver exceptional performance while remaining compliant with the latest legal requirements.

We also offer Bolt Action Rifles, which are exempt from Massachusetts assault weapon restrictions due to their non-semi-automatic action. Built on our billet receiver platform and chambered in 5.56, they are fully compliant with detachable magazines and provide a practical, tactical alternative.
