New York Compliant Firearms
Dark Storm Industries offers purpose-built firearm configurations for legal ownership in New York State, including Fixed Magazine Rifles, Fixed Magazine Pistols, and Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols.
Our Fixed Magazine Rifles feature permanently affixed 10-round magazines and are specifically configured to comply with New York’s strict feature restrictions under the SAFE Act. These rifles retain standard ergonomic features while remaining fully compliant.
Fixed Magazine Pistols may be legal in some upstate counties, but they are not legal in Long Island or the five boroughs. Please confirm legality with your local FFL before ordering.
Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols are exempt from New York’s assault weapon classification due to their non-semi-automatic action. Built on our billet lower receiver and chambered in 5.56, they accept detachable magazines and provide a compliant and practical solution for tactical, hunting, or recreational use.
