Shipping & Return Policy

All products available on our website are built to order and crafted with high-quality materials. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will accommodate repairs or replacements for defective products resulting from materials or workmanship errors. Please note: There are no returns on serialized parts that have been transferred to an individual from an FFL. Warranty repairs are the only option for these products.

Shipping Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipment of all build-to-order products.

Requirements

• Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging.
• Merchandise must be returned in a protective box.
• Full refund (including shipping) will be issued if the return is due to an error on our part.
• If the product is returned due to legal non-compliance in your state, or if you are ineligible to take possession of the firearm, you are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds for items purchased directly from our website will be issued to the original payment method.
• To expedite the process, please provide a copy of the receipt or sales order number.

Processing Time

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return.
