Dark Storm Industries offers several firearm configurations that are compliant with Washington State law, including Fixed Magazine Rifles, Fixed Magazine Pistols, and Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols.
Our Fixed Magazine platforms are configured with permanently affixed 10-round magazines, preventing classification as semiautomatic assault weapons under Washington's current legislation. These options are compliant while retaining full function and rugged reliability.
Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols are fully exempt from Washington’s restrictions on semiautomatic rifles. Built on our billet DS-15 platform and chambered in 5.56, these models accept detachable magazines and offer a versatile, compliant alternative for both tactical and utility roles.
