Built on our DS-25 7075 billet aluminum receiver set and chambered in .308 Winchester, the Typhoon Non-NFA Firearm is legal for ownership in New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware. With a 12.5" barrel, SBA3 brace, and vertical foregrip, it meets the criteria of a firearm, not a rifle, pistol, or AOW under federal and applicable state law.
