Dark Storm Industries’ Fixed Magazine Pistols are built for compliance in restrictive states—offering tactical capability in a compact, legally configured platform.

Each pistol features a permanently affixed 10-round magazine, ensuring it does not meet the definition of an “assault weapon” under many state-level firearm laws. These models are ideal for jurisdictions like New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington State, and Washington, D.C., where detachable magazine pistols are restricted. Fixed Magazine Pistols from DSI are listed on the Maryland and D.C. handgun rosters.

Despite their compliance-driven design, these pistols retain the fit, feel, and reliability expected from a DSI firearm. Built on our Fixed Magazine DS-15 billet lower receiver, they are compatible with all standard AR-15 components and assembled using all American-made parts.
