DS-15 Typhoon Fixed Magazine Pistol
The DS-15 Typhoon Fixed Magazine Pistol is built for compliance in many states with "assault weapon" bans, including Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York (varies by County), Washington DC and Washington State. With a permanently affixed magazine and patented fixed mag lower receiver, it does not meet the definition of an "assault weapon" in these jurisdictions. This pistol is currently NOT for sale in California or Massachusetts as they are not listed on the roster.
Built on a precision matched billet receiver set, the DS-15 Typhoon is a workhorse rifle that can be used for sport shooting or personal defense. The Typhoon features partial ambidextrous controls and a compact 6" M-Lok handguard for mounting a variety of accessories. The SOCOM profile 7.5" barrel minimizes overall length while maintaining functionality with a pistol length gas system. On the front end a Firestorm compensator helps to reduce muzzle rise and felt recoil. The Typhoon includes Hogue rubber over-molded polymer pistol grip and SB Tactical SBA brace for rock solid control in any conditions.
