DSI DS-15 Enhanced 5.56 Lower Parts Kit
The DSI DS-15 Enhanced 5.56 Lower Parts Kit combines the components needed to complete a compatible AR-15 lower receiver with two of DSI's upgraded fire-control components. In place of the standard trigger and safety selector found in our standard lower parts kit, the Enhanced Kit includes the DSI Two-Stage DLC Flat Trigger Kit and DSI Billet Ambidextrous Safety Selector.
The DSI Two-Stage DLC Flat Trigger provides a defined two-stage pull with an approximately 2.5-pound first stage followed by a 1-pound second-stage break for a total pull weight of approximately 3.5 pounds. Its flat trigger profile, short tactile reset, investment-cast construction, and Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish provide an upgraded fire-control system for compatible Mil-Spec AR-platform lower receivers.
The DSI Billet Ambidextrous Safety Selector provides right- and left-side operation with a 90-degree throw. Its three-piece design uses billet aluminum selector levers secured with countersunk Allen-head screws that sit flush with the exterior surface for a clean, low-profile installation.
The remainder of the kit includes the bolt catch assembly, magazine release components, pivot and takedown hardware, buffer retainer, springs, detents, trigger pins, and related small parts required for a compatible AR-15 lower receiver build. DSI lower parts kits contain no MIM components and are manufactured in the USA to Mil-Spec dimensions.
