New Jersey Compliant Firearms
Dark Storm Industries offers a comprehensive selection of firearms configured specifically for compliance with New Jersey law, including Fixed Magazine Rifles and Pistols, Post-Ban Rifles, Non-NFA Firearms, and Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols.
Fixed Magazine configurations feature permanently affixed 10-round magazines and are designed to comply with New Jersey’s definition of an assault weapon. Our Fixed Magazine Pistols are configured to meet legal requirements for civilian ownership.
Post-Ban Rifles are built with a fixed stock and a pinned and welded compensator and omit restricted features. These rifles are compliant under current New Jersey assault weapon definitions.
Non-NFA Firearms are legal in New Jersey because they do not meet the definition of a rifle, pistol, or AOW. They feature no stock, a 12.5-inch barrel, a vertical forward grip, and an overall length greater than 26 inches.
Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols are exempt from New Jersey’s assault weapon law due to their non-semi-automatic action. Built on our billet receiver platform and chambered in 5.56, they accept detachable magazines and provide a practical compliant solution for tactical or utility use.
