Shipping & Return Policy
All products available on our website are built to order using high-quality materials. We will accommodate repairs or replacements for defective products resulting from errors in materials or workmanship.
Serialized parts that have been transferred to an individual by an FFL cannot be returned. Warranty repair is the only option for these products.
Shipping Time
Please allow up to three weeks for processing and shipment of build-to-order products.
Return Requirements
- Merchandise must be in new condition and include the original packaging.
- Merchandise must be returned in a protective shipping box.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, a full refund including shipping will be issued.
- If the return is not due to an error on our part, a refund excluding shipping and less a 20% restocking fee will be issued.
- If a product is returned due to legal non-compliance in your state or because you are ineligible to take possession of the firearm, you are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds for items purchased directly from our website will be issued to the original payment method.
- To help expedite your return, please provide a copy of your receipt or sales order number.
