DS-15 Typhoon Fixed Magazine Pistol
The DS-15 Typhoon Fixed Magazine Pistol combines Dark Storm Industries' patented fixed magazine design with a precision-matched billet receiver set in a compact AR-15 pistol configuration. Manufactured without a magazine release and equipped with a permanently affixed 10-round magazine, the Typhoon is offered for restrictive jurisdictions including Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, select New York counties, Washington, D.C., and Washington State under DSI's current compliance determinations.
The Typhoon features partial ambidextrous controls, a compact 6-inch M-LOK handguard, and 7.5-inch or 10.5-inch barrel configurations in 5.56 NATO and .300 Blackout. A DSI Firestorm compensator helps reduce muzzle rise and felt recoil while the compact configuration retains familiar AR-15 ergonomics and handling.
Flat Dark Earth models will continue to ship with a Hogue overmolded pistol grip until existing inventory is depleted.
