DSI 14.5" 5.56 NATO AR-15 Barrel – MTOP / Medium Taper

The DSI 14.5" 5.56 NATO MTOP Barrel is manufactured in-house for AR-15 builds and upgrades that benefit from a medium-taper barrel profile. Machined from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel, it combines a 1:7 twist with a mid-length gas system and M4 feed ramps.

The medium-taper profile provides a balance between barrel rigidity and overall weight, while the mid-length gas system offers a longer operating system than a traditional carbine-length 16-inch configuration. The barrel also features a .750-inch gas block journal, 1/2-28 threaded muzzle, and durable nitride finish.
