DS-15 Thunderbolt Bolt Action Rifle
Built on a precision-matched billet receiver set, the DS-15 Thunderbolt is a purpose-built bolt action rifle developed around the AR-15 platform. It retains familiar AR-15 ergonomics, modularity, and component compatibility while using a manually operated action with no gas system.
Thunderbolt barrels are carefully turned between centers before profiling. The muzzle crown is cut from the inside out for proper concentricity and finish, while the chamber is aligned to tolerances of less than 0.001 inch to support consistent accuracy. The rifle also features an extended 13-inch M-LOK handguard for mounting compatible accessories.
Every firearm is hand-assembled and individually tested at our factory in Rockledge, Florida using American-made components and materials.
