New Jersey Compliant Firearm Configurations

Dark Storm Industries offers several firearm configurations specifically for the New Jersey market, including Fixed Magazine Rifles, Fixed Magazine Pistols, Post-Ban Rifles, Non-NFA Firearms, and Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols.

DSI Fixed Magazine firearms use our patented DS-15 receiver design with no magazine-release pocket machined into the lower. The fixed-magazine configuration is built into the receiver itself rather than relying on an aftermarket magazine lock or removable compliance device.

Our New Jersey Post-Ban Rifles retain a detachable magazine while using a fixed stock and a pinned-and-welded compensator, with restricted features omitted to create a New Jersey-specific rifle configuration.

DSI Non-NFA Firearms use a 12.5-inch barrel, vertical forward grip, no shoulder stock, and an overall length greater than 26 inches. This configuration provides New Jersey customers with another DS-15 platform option alongside our fixed-magazine and post-ban firearms.

Our DS-15 Thunderbolt Bolt Action Rifles and Pistols are manually operated firearms with no semi-automatic gas system. They retain familiar AR-style ergonomics and component compatibility while using a purpose-built bolt-action operating system.

Firearms supplied for New Jersey are configured with 10-round magazines where applicable. State and local firearm laws can change, so customers and transferring dealers should confirm that the selected configuration remains permitted in their jurisdiction before transfer.
