DSI DS-15 Carbine Heavy Buffer System Kit
The DSI DS-15 Carbine Heavy Buffer System Kit combines the major components needed for an AR-15 carbine receiver extension assembly with a heavier 4.5 oz buffer. The kit includes a 7075 aluminum six-position buffer tube, 17-7 stainless steel buffer spring, heavy carbine buffer, steel castle nut, and buffer end plate.
The buffer tube features roll-formed threads, SOCOM drain holes, Type III hardcoat anodizing, and an internal Everlube dry-film coating. The castle nut incorporates multiple staking locations around its perimeter, providing more options for staking to the end plate than a traditional four-dimple design.
