Dark Storm Variant 1 Pistol
The Dark Storm Variant 1 Pistol delivers high-performance AR-platform capability in a compact configuration suited for tactical use, personal defense, and range applications. Built on a precision-matched billet receiver set, the Variant 1 combines competition-inspired performance with dependable operation. Its Tungsten Cerakote finish and detailed receiver design by Ed Earle distinguish it from conventional black firearms.
The Variant 1 features partial ambidextrous controls and a compact 6″ M-Lok handguard for mounting accessories. Its 7.5″ SOCOM-profile barrel reduces overall length while maintaining reliable operation through a pistol-length gas system. An expansion-chamber-based competition compensator helps reduce muzzle rise and felt recoil. The pistol also includes an SB Tactical brace for improved control.
Effective 03/01/2026: All pistols will ship with a Magpul K2 pistol grip.
Every firearm is hand-assembled and individually tested at our factory in Rockledge, Florida, using American-made components and materials.
