DS-25 Typhoon NJ Post-Ban Rifle 16″ (.308)
The DS-25 Typhoon New Jersey Post-Ban Rifle brings .308 Winchester performance to DSI's compact small-frame DS-25 platform. Built on a precision-matched billet receiver set, the DS-25 Typhoon is approximately the same size and weight as the DS-15 Typhoon 5.56 while delivering the increased range and energy of .308 Winchester.
The rifle features partial ambidextrous controls, a 13-inch M-LOK handguard, and a 16-inch MTOP-profile barrel with a mid-length gas system and 1:10 twist. DSI's dual-ejector DS-25 bolt system provides reliable extraction and ejection while maintaining the compact proportions of the small-frame platform.
Configured specifically for New Jersey customers, the rifle uses a Magpul fixed stock and a pinned and welded DSI Firestorm Compensator while retaining a detachable 10-round magazine. A Hogue overmolded pistol grip provides a comfortable, secure interface.
At approximately 6.7 lbs, the DS-25 Typhoon delivers .308 Winchester capability without the added size and weight of a traditional large-frame AR platform.
