DSI 5.56 NATO 16" HBAR AR-15 Barrel
The DSI 16" 5.56 NATO HBAR Barrel is manufactured in-house for AR-15 builds and upgrades where a heavier barrel profile is desired. Machined from 4150 chromoly steel, it combines the added rigidity of a true HBAR profile with a 1:9 twist, carbine-length gas system, and M4-style feed ramps.
The HBAR profile also makes this barrel suitable for DSI Maryland-compliant AR-15 configurations. The barrel features a .750-inch gas block journal, 1/2-28 threaded muzzle, and nitride heat-treated finish for durability and corrosion resistance.
