DS-15 Variant 1 Fixed Magazine Pistol
The DS-15 Variant 1 Fixed Magazine Pistol combines Dark Storm Industries' patented fixed magazine design with a precision-matched billet receiver set, competition-focused components, and a distinctive Tungsten Cerakote finish. Manufactured without a magazine release and equipped with a permanently affixed 10-round magazine, the Variant 1 is offered for restrictive jurisdictions including Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, select New York counties, Washington, D.C., and Washington State under DSI's current compliance determinations.
Designed by Ed Earle, the Variant 1 features detailed billet receivers, partial ambidextrous controls, a compact 6-inch M-LOK handguard, and a 7.5-inch SOCOM-profile barrel. Available in 5.56 NATO and .300 Blackout, the pistol uses a pistol-length gas system and features a DSI Competition Compensator with an expansion-chamber design to help reduce muzzle rise and felt recoil.
DSI does not currently offer the Variant 1 Fixed Magazine Pistol for California or Massachusetts.
