DS-15 Typhoon Fixed Magazine Rifle
The DS-15 Typhoon Fixed Magazine Rifle combines Dark Storm Industries' patented fixed magazine design with a precision-matched billet receiver set, partial ambidextrous controls, and a free-float M-LOK handguard. Manufactured without a magazine release and equipped with a permanently affixed 10-round magazine, the Typhoon is purpose-built for restrictive-state customers while retaining familiar AR-15 ergonomics and handling.
DSI currently offers the Typhoon Fixed Magazine Rifle for restrictive jurisdictions including Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C., and Washington State under its current compliance determinations.
The Typhoon features a 13-inch M-LOK handguard for mounting optics and accessories, DSI partial ambidextrous controls, and 16-inch or 14.5-inch MTOP-profile barrel configurations. Available in 5.56 NATO and .300 Blackout, the platform is built for sport shooting, home defense, hunting, and general-purpose use. A DSI Firestorm compensator helps reduce muzzle rise and felt recoil.
Flat Dark Earth models will continue to ship with a Hogue overmolded pistol grip until existing inventory is depleted.
